you r awesome

I am not sure I even know how to begin without boring anyone. I suppose I will start with the fact that I am beyond fortunate to have Donna as my broker. Thanks to my previous career with a developer, I had the opportunity to meet and "interview" many (dozens) brokers, though they did not know I was "interviewing". After I persisted on having the opportunity to present to her team for weeks, she finally accepted. As I left the Panera breakfast and Tuesday morning sales meeting and headed for the door, she called me by name. She asked if I had considered real estate sales. I had been. Donna was the right fit for me and I felt it the moment I walked in the door the FIRST time (it took several attempts. She has a busy schedule, of course). She didn't recruit me. I didn't ask....I actually despise the recruiting phase of RE...I was simply looking for the right Broker. Anyhow, I knew at that moment that she was going to be MY broker. She learns her agents and knows how to talk with every single (50+ I believe) one of us. She takes her valuable time to share her knowledge, opinions and more. That alone is invaluable. I now have a solid base, a home, and when I talk to future agents the biggest piece of advice I give them is that "no matter what, have a broker you can count on. Whether it's my broker, Donna Overman, or another, be sure they take time for you." Real Estate isn't easy but having a broker to count on can be. I am blessed to call Mandarin North, O21, my home. Thank you Donna for always being there for me.

Our Mandarin North office has the best Broker around! Donna goes way above and beyond the call of duty for her agents, admin staff and our customers. She works harder and more hours than one can imagine, and yet still always has a smile or a kind, encouraging word for us during our challenging times. I am very blessed to be able to call Donna not only my Broker/Manager, but also my friend.

It is a true privilege to work with such a caring, hard working professional. I have been in the real estate business for almost 30 years. I am fortunate to have Donna Overman as my broker. She is always striving to reach new goals and help all of us to do our best. She always has time for a question or to offer advice. She makes herself available 7 days a week. She is constantly striving to educate herself and her agents . Always reading and sharing new technology and ideas. She is a positive role model in everyway. It is an honor to call her my broker and my friend.

Leading by example with integrity, professionalism, genuine concern, continually learning and growing is the kind of leader I have found in Donna. Her work ethic is inspiring and contagious. She makes herself readily available if any of us need her. She truly cares about the people in her office. I believe like attracts like-as a result Office 21 has some of the most supportive, hard working, kind, funny and generous folks I've ever had the privilege to work with. Incredibly blessed to be working along side some of the best in the business under the guidance of our amazing broker, Donna Overman.

Donna Overman is fantastic! She is a true professional in the real estate world. Her knowledge, experience and energy keeps all her agents on point and wanting to be successful for themselves, but also for our office to earn many awards and achievements. Donna is dedicated to our office, the Watson family and our community. It is a pleasure working with Watson Realty especially knowing Donna is part of our support team. Margaret Hall

One of the best brokers in the business! I travel past several offices and a considerable distance to work under Donna. She truly backs her team. She provides unlimited amounts of trainng to new and experienced agents. She thrives on knowledge and shares it. If a person is cut for real estate, they will know working for Donna. She will prepare you to succeed.

I love Donna! I couldn't ask for a better Broker, Co Realtor or friend. She has always had an open door to her Realtors regardless if it's business or personal and always willing to help in any way that she can. Mandarin North is so blessed to have her as our leader.

I am a real estate agent in the office that Donna manages. On days that I go into the Watson Realty Corp Mandarin North office I drive past 6 other real estate brokerages to get there. I could choose another office or brokerage but I can't imagine I'd find a more supportive, encouraging, intelligent and generous (with time and talent) manager than Donna Overman. Donna is truly invested in the growth and success of every single agent and staff member in the office and leads an incredibly productive and cohesive team. I'm grateful every day to be part of Team 21!

Donna is the best broker a realtor could ask for. She works harder than anyone else so that her agents can succeed. Donna is always available; even when she has other appointments she lets you know that she will get back with you as soon as she can. She makes sure that all of her agents are equipped with the latest tools and training so they can better serve their customers. I am very fortunate to have her as my broker as I would not have enjoyed nearly as much success without Donna.

If you’re looking for a real estate broker who will always be there for you, don’t look further than Donna Overman at the Watson Mandarin North office. Her support has been critical in the success of the agents in our office. We go the extra mile not just for our customers, but for our broker – because Donna is always there for us. She cheers us on, picks us up, celebrates our achievements, and ALWAYS keeps us well informed, well educated, and well trained. Best of all, we have fun! My professional life has been greatly enhanced by having Donna as my broker, and I consider myself lucky to be able to call her a friend.
